For list of authorized Orange Money agents around your location, dial *611#. You will receive contacts for the Agents nearest to your location.

You can easily deposit money in your Orange Money account by following simple steps:
⦁    Visit an Orange shop or an authorized Orange Money agent 
⦁    Check your balance before your deposit money in your account, to ensure that you will not go beyond Le15,000 (maximum balance).
⦁    Provide the agent with your phone number
⦁    Remit the cash you wish to deposit on your account. Wait until he finishes to perform the transaction
⦁    Receive the confirmation notification SMS (including the reference number)
⦁    To ensure that the deposit has been done, make sure that you receive the confirmation message.

Any money deposited in your Orange Money account must be done within the premises of an Orange shop or any authorized Orange Money agent. The subscriber and the agent receive messages confirming the deposit as soon as the transaction is successfully done.
