Per second billing

Per Second Billing is an offer that allows you to be billed for the exact duration of your talk time. That is if your talk for only 1sec,  you will be billed for 1 sec only. Offer is only applicable to orange to orange calls and calls to other networks. This offer does not in any way change our tariffs, as tariffs for Orange-to-Orange calls and for Orange to other networks calls will remain the same at Le6.50 & le 6.97 respectively. There is no subscription required for this offer and it is a permanent offer which is applicable to all Orange subscribers.
