Any cash withdrawal must be done from your Orange Money account at an Orange Money shop or at any authorized Orange Money agent. For list of authorized Orange Money agents around your location, dial *611#. You will receive contacts for the Agents nearest to your location.
To withdraw cash from your account:
⦁ Visit any Orange shop or Orange Money agent
⦁ Ask for the agent’s 6 digit code
⦁ Dial #144# and select 2 for ‘Money transfer’
⦁ Select 2 again to ‘Transfer to agent’
⦁ Enter the 6 digit code of the agent
⦁ Enter amount in Leones to withdraw
⦁ Confirm transaction
⦁ Enter your password and press 'send'
⦁ You will receive the confirmation message on your phone
