⦁   Dial #144# and press 'send‘ or ‘call’
⦁   Select 3 to ‘Make payment’
⦁   Select 1 for ‘EDSA bill payment’
⦁   Enter amount in Leones
⦁   Enter your 11 digit Meter Number
⦁   Confirm transaction
⦁   Enter your password and press 'send'

You will receive the confirmation message with your prepaid meter recharge code on your phone from which payment was made
